Qualifications, training and experience

My experience ranges from intensive home treatment support to specialist education provision support (for special educational and mental health needs), outpatient eating disorders and delivering psychological therapies both within the NHS and private healthcare sectors.
​
I have also undertaken a number of research and development posts within my career, contributing to the expansion of specialist mental health support available in CAMHS.
​
I am a fluent Welsh speaker.

I love animals and have two mischievous cats with me at home. ​

A lot of my time is spent outdoors, whether on a walk through the woods, roller skating, rock climbing or just relaxing on the beach. When I'm a little more rested, I enjoy reading, listening to music and getting creative.
